Swapping rune pure (its even P2P!)

Im swapping my rune pure for a strength pure 40-48 combat, I want the str pure to have decent money, around 100k, and a good amount of PKing supplies. Please note that I bought him at 53 CB and trained him to 56 cb inside BH, and there WILL be a MM used.
