swapping level 87 cmb for a low level acc with a 99 stat :p

im new to this but am willing to go first or use a middle man whatever . just want an account with a 99 stat, i dont care what the stat is or the name i just want an account with a skillcape . I dont play rs much but it would be nice to have one ;p.

My account that i am willing to swap has nearly 2m in items on it and some very decent stats. it has no recoveries and a decent name.

a low lvl account with a 99 is worth alot more than your lvl 87. if some1 does have a offer, beware could be fishy
