This account that I'm willing to swap is level 114, ALMOST 115 (1 more level away).
It has never done summoning, so you can train it up lots higher for P2P. It has done fire cape, it can access up to rune gloves, it has 144 quest points.
The account has: 9 rune sets w/ scim, 2000 chaos, 1k of each other regular rune, no p2p runes like bloods and souls, 4k steel arrows, glory, rune boots, berserker, etc. THE NAME HAS NO NUMBERS, ORIGINAL, NO SPACES
