I saw that too but you have to consider that the EXP he had before TU2 doesn't matter post TU2. I'll go through his game history and see if it's legit..

Edit: Duno about this, he won like 7 or 8 in a row on someones 49 and they didn't go up. A -800 booster would've done way better than that unless they're SUPER level locked...
