swaping 119 for str pure

[pwned you]

i am swaping a 119 with 99 range mage cooking and good melee stats(pics below) he also has 5.5mill on him a fighter torso and a firecape and barrows gloves. he has 247 quest points with most of them finished. his skilling stats are also pretty good(pics below) bank pin and recovs are being deleted takes a few days and membership has been cancled so buy fast!

in exchange for this account i want a strength pure must have 60 att no higher (if it is 90+ str i will take 50 att) for str i want 80+ thats a must need 80+ str must have 1 def umm also if it has 1-70 range that would be ok and i would really like it to have 94+ mage with ancients done. also i would like to have monkeymadness done or reqs to do it. and lost city done. that is all and thank you. if its not to much to ask this is not needed but if u could have around 1-2mill on the account it would be useful and maybe a firecape and or skillcape. thank you
