This is going to be complicated but if you want to take the time to listen unlike previous Mods then I at least thank you for your time. BoosterBuddy is my original account was a successful account that I had been mostly running a League of Legends account boosting service, and buying of unranked accounts and reselling them after ranking them [NA/LAN] CHEAP ELO BOOSTER! - FREE Vouch Game! (BoosterBuddy) . Everything was fine had decent work coming in through sythe and had multiple successful trades, then was banned for illigitmate vouch which resulted in ban followed with a TWC BoosterBuddy/Cpt Reload . I admitted to this and requested a pardon and removed the ONE vouch that was created with the creation of my BoosterBuddy account to I suppose gain a sense of Rep or trust. I understood at the time this was against the rules and was deceitful and expressed my regret but like I said it was ONE vouch on thread that I had multiple successful trades and other vouches from legit users. I can no longer find this pardon post unsure if mods are able to find old archived pardon requests (but would be nice if they could find it in archive) but was told to wait 6 months as my punishment with the TWC with my original BoosterBuddy account. So I waited the 6 months with the TWC still remaining active in the community even with the TWC making my sales and trading decline through sythe, even though I had NEVER had a single unsuccessful trade. I Even started using PlayerAuctions as a sales alternative site for users who were hesitant to trade me with the TWC, and developed good rep on PA as well with again 100% Sucess when trading and selling with 100% feedback rating (Still do to this day) boosterbuddy's Feedback Profile | PlayerAuctions .

So let's fast forward 6 months since my initial attempt to obtain a pardon, I think I have done everything in my power to gain the trust of Mods back, by acknowledging my mistake concerning rule infraction, becoming a donator to show my dedication and investment to the site, and still at this time have not or ever had a SINGLE bad trade or sale, so I expected this 2nd attempt at a pardon to go smooth and the TWC to be removed sense I admitted to the self vouch and believed I fulfilled my punishment. To my disbelief the TWC removal was held in place, saying other site reviews are illegitimate and not honored (which is within the rules and I understand this) and that they wanted me to have upwards of 50 successful vouches or trades on sythe alone to warrant my TWC removal. Note at this time since my initial ban I was probably able to complete around 5-10 successful trades using sythe alone and probably 20+ that were instead redirected to PA instead due to the lack of trust from sythe users because of my TWC. So I am now stuck between a rock in hard place I am told to gain more rep by using sythe alone when I have this giant TWC caution on everything I post greatly diminishing sythe users interest in my services, and when using PA losing anywhere to 10-20% of my profits through associated fees. Having trouble continuing with my ability to trade on sythe and buy unranked smurfs for boosting and resale, and now even more upset with sythe mods and punishment management I decided to break my second rule concerning sythe by creating a new account with the purpose of mainly buying unranked smurf accounts on the League of Legend forums and for selling accounts that had lack of interest due to the TWC for again a SINGLE vouch that was fabricated to my thread that I removed and already admitted fault to even after having numerous successful trades before and after the TWC was implemented and still NOT ONE actual report to me actually scamming someone. I probably had the other account KarmaK for less than 1 month with minimal purchases and sales through sythe when it was flagged and banned for sharing an IP with CptReload (the account that was used to create the initial fake vouch) CptReload / KarmaK TWC evading

At this time I was pretty much inactive with sythe for about 3 months when finally returning from hiatus to the site to find my original BoosterBuddy account to now be permanently banned. No explanation given or thread was created as to why my original BoosterBuddy account was now permanently banned. I inquired about this permanent ban and requested a possible explanation but no response was given by any Mod involved with user punishment besides some generic post with a list of sythe rules. I could only assume to chalk it up as TWC-Evading but found it odd because only the CptReload account (this account I already requested to be banned or removed from sythe as it was the account used to create the false vouch in the original request for pardon on BoosterBuddy) and the newly created KarmaK account were listed in the infraction. At this point I basically had given up on sythe as I felt Mods and the continued investment of time it would take to type long drawn out explanation to ever changing punishment mods was not worth the time or effort.

I took from what I can tell regarding from last posting what appears to be a almost 2 year break and after graduating school, moving, and gradually getting back into account selling/Gold selling, and League of Legend boosting part time. Having a new IP decided what the hell i’ll try the site again and just rebrand under SwagWagon and just start over fresh. Made I believe three trades one being a purchase of hiring a booster to complete an overflow order on League of Legends, and two sales one being the sale of 07 gold, and the other being the sale of a 07 account. As fate would have it not even after 1 month of trading my new account SwagWagon was given a DNT for having a shared skype between the already banned KarmaK and my new SwagWagon account. Swag Wagon Which when investigating the proof provided was “Your Discord/Skype: cptreload#4368 “ a post from SwagWagon regarding contact through discord and “Message me on here or SKYPE @ cptreload”regarding a skype account from a post from KarmaK. And a mod stating these two posts having “Close geolocation matches” So they don’t even actually share any definitive correlation between the two one being a reference to a discord and one referencing a skype and since they were close geologically in location from the posting users a ban was administered anyway. I ‘ve already came this far and haven’t lied thus far so not denying that they are indeed related just find it funny that “close” can get you banned in the eyes of sythe mods . Not sure if their trying to imply that the two runescape accounts are the same but wasn’t directly mentioned but you can clearly see the level 97 had higher agility and higher fishing than the lvl 122 account that was sold for starters. I guess I can’t blame these mods for taking caution as it I guess in their eyes did raise red flags and not having background information or the mini novel I just wrote above. But took offence to the comments inferring to me as a scammer or my favorite quote “@SwagWagon Please request a pardon whenever you're ready to own up to what you've done. Actually wasn’t going to even request a pardon as I have seen how these “pardons” typically result in the mod quoting some rule impling you are some type of scammer and slapping you with a TWC or DNT even when it doesn’t fit as a punishment. But for some reason I thought this could be interesting so here is me “owning up” I did break a rule I owned up to it 4 YEARS AGO. I did what was recommended waited out my punishment reapplied and guess what it wasn’t good enough. Mods basically forced me into a corner and I did trade on another account I created. You permanently ban my account BoosterBuddy which still to this day or any of those accounts for that matter were never accused of any type of scam or malicious activity involving trades, and you NEVER will because I never have and never will. Just wish the mods would get off their high horse and instead of work to keep punished users down (especially those who are punished for infractions not involved in scamming) they would just simplify the process and not have different mods review your case each time you attempt a pardon. Not sure how this works with the new voting system not even sure if my situation even applies but maybe it's a step forward. Would like to be apart of sythe community but at this point I’m not even sure if im supposed to be blacklisted from the site or what or if i'm just going to be stuck in this ever ending cycle of correlation with a previous banned account. Hopefully get some insightful information from a mod or other forum users, or at least provided for a decent read. If you made it this far congratulations and I thank you for your time. Hopefully this post doesn’t get deleted. Just find it funny this whole thing started over a silly self vouch that I felt I’ve paid for and then some.

I can guarantee those skype names nor user name patb were not used by me unless associated through at a shared ip at university I would be curious to see the relation from those accounts to me besdies that I thank Wortel for his response in the matter

I've read everything of above and I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience on Sythe so far. Hopefully the guy who reported you for the last time (being me) can make up for it. I've digged quite deep but this is about all I could find. I've adjusted the TWC reason of @CptReload so it now can be clicked and it'll be forwarded to your previous pardon.
