Thanks guys, I think I may have acciedently clicked one, how can I get it off? Run CCLeaner?

As long as you didn't allow the Java on that page to run, you're fine. I got RAT'ed and lost 50m, now I am somewhat of a superhero to inform people on it and to not get RAT'ed too.
