I would like to bet against you. I have $25 cash in my pocket but no paypal funds. Any suggestions as to how to get that into account asap?

 

There are two options I can think of:

1. Go to any CVS/Walgreens/Wal-mart, or that type of store, and buy a Moneypak card, then add that money to your Paypal account.

2. Assuming you have a bank account, make a paypal, link your credit/debit card, and deposit that $25 into your bank account.

Those are the only two things I can think of, you could buy a pre-paid Visa, but I don't believe you can import those funds into Paypal.
