Suuh - Down Atrocious

Making this on behalf of an individual scammed. Suuh decided to quit skilling and clean his bank so he appears to be down atrocious as he dismantled things like slayer helms, crystal armor, sold fire staffs, etc..

Explanation of the trade:
Individual was requested to do multiple 99's (which at this current time is 99 mining + 99 runecrafting). User instead decided to dismantle things like crystal armor / slayer helm /etc. & then try to sell GP for .12/M. I attempted to buy this GP from him but instead he ghosted me but yet would reply to my friend immediately, hence the secondary report.

How they scammed: Did not conclude the 99 Mining + 99 Runecrafting. Runecrafting was not done. Mining was done 79-91 before he went off the deep end
