The suspicious vouch is for him selling 1.7bil for $1400 with the other person going first. That person joined on March 15. That person's only post is only March 15 - the vouch. That person's last seen date is March 15. So someone joined, bought $1400 worth of gp by going first to someone with no major trust, and never came back to this site again.

IP's don't match, and it's not uncommon for someone to register to post/vouch, I have people do it all the time. Not much I can do.
