Suspicion that AllTheWayUp is a scammer

About a month ago I bought an account off the user KShort for $95 via btc and it was recovered from me after about 2 weeks or so. Here is the link to the thread of me reporting the user KShort and him getting banned that has all the relevant information and proof that I actually bought the acc:
Scammed by the use KShort

The reason I was suspicious is because I saw @AllTheWayUp posted an account with the same exact stats as the one that got recovered from me (str, range, mage, hp, prayer, fishing, farming, construction, slayer, cooking, etc.) and the account was posted to his thread:
Sell 99 Range/99 Mage - 60 Attack 1 Def Pure (Fire Cape/Mith Gloves/DT!)

However, when I saw this post I immediately accused him of being a scammer without any proof out of frustration and so no one else would get scammed by him, however this caused him to panic and change the screen shot of the stats of the account he was selling (to the maxed 60 att pure hes now trying to sell) and keep all the other screen shots the same, as if somehow the accounts had identical untradeables, login screens, etc.

Here is a screen shot of him pming me on discord and giving me the stats of the 99 range 94 mage account that got recovered from me as well as other relevant screen shots:

Heres a link to the OSRS hiscores of the account that was recovered from me, you can see the stats are identical to the 99 range 94 mage acc hes trying to sell (The username of the account is 0G Seal and this was the username I changed it to when buying the account, there would be no way for me to know this otherwise without me having previously owned the account, the previous username of the account was KnowMads before I changed it):

Link to hiscores just takes you to the front page so when clicking it just look up the account "0G Seal" (With a zero not an O)

 

User has been DNT'd.

@Champ Kinda suspicious he was last seen at 3:31 PM EST 4 minutes after you posted this and didn't reply. He also changed the username of the account

 

User has been banned. He can explain himself in a dispute.
