Sorry sounds like a scam... you need 42+ prayer to atleast get a cape.. and since the new update you would be lucky to do it with 63+ range. get a pic proving that you have a cape.. or that you have done it before.

 

lol u must be noob then beacuse i got on my pure without pray...you might also be mis understanding i mean if you dont have high range then u need pray..or have pray and lower range..

 

Its impossable like 100% impossable to get without all 3 protect prayers.

He says he will do it tommorow. Sooo I changed the pass. Nothing has happened yet. Will update if he is a scammer or not tommorow at 10:00 AM EST

If he doesnt sign on it could be a possibility that he had nothing of use on the account..

He is a scammer. He was on moneys thread asking for her/him to firecape his account.. Probally to show on this thread that he has one himself.
