surrendrous Social Engineering / Scamming / ban evading

User @surrendrous has been found to be social engineering people around RSPS market.

Detailed report is in a deleted post bellow for another staff member to review.

Note: I'm aware that in general we don't handle private reports and I hate myself for making one.

Banned + DNT'd, thanks. User is also evading @Delirius. Please request a pardon instead of evading and doing this crap.
