A sythe user seraphic has colored status by his name that says "just know i mean it"

Wondering how can I get colored writing like this?

You have to donate 50$,
Then you can use user titles,
after this, you need to donate another 50$ (total 100$)
and you can use color one for with html code (and css)
example of mine

<a href="https://www.brokengold.net" target="_blank"><font style="color:#ffffff; text-shadow: 0 0 .7em #ff0000;"> <b>:)</b></font></a>

also not supposed to have glow behind his text but I guess whoever approved is lenient. you can do a variety of color ranges, just not effects/glow.
