What's the point if it's only a maybe?

I feel as a proxy is much less intrusive.

 

Maybe being if you match with a banned user perhaps? We just need to make sure you're not ban evading. Otherwise, the TWC sticks unfortunately.

 

I think white sticks on rice, and IP's steal your private information.
