but he used pepper spray on someone

Anyways, his heart was in the right place, avenging the helpless in this god forsaken world. His mind was probably off wandering somewhere. He most likely had all good intentions. However, as many people said, what is done in a comic book is almost impossible to do in real life with some kind of infraction.
