sh4rky77 has reported a post.

Reason:

I can confirm thats koofals paypal email, and i think koofal was just to busy or something to answer back. I have that kinda bad experience with koofal when i buy. I suggest you give koofal a day or two give account information. I hope this helps out a bit, let me know if you need anything. http://i.gyazo.com/ab4c0cf61226887364c9fec2741540fc.png

Details:

I was going to buy a 6 digit steam ID as he mentions in his thread. I add him on Skype and proceed with payment. He tells me to send the payment to his PayPal account as a gift, which I do. After sending the Payment, he flats out ignores me and refuses to give the account information.

$6 USD is chump change, perhaps it is a million dollars to him as he lives in a third world country, but he's probably scammed tons of other users with no account/rep so they don't bother to report him.
