[Superfluous] banned for scamming

was doing a trade with someone who was obviously trying to scam me, and he started to turn the card on me to make it look like im scamming after i started to have some doubts about him.
the user messaged his sythe "mod friends" personally in order to get me banned.

Originally started as a 3 day twc ban and now i'm permanently banned for no reason.

I banned him for this pic http://puu.sh/huAaH.png which is a threat + a resolved ip. Maybe it was harsh though, if so I'm happy to have it reduced to whatever. Thoughts?

 

I personally feel the ban is 100% warranted if you read the conversation. The kid was trying to force Tengauge to share his screen, and to go first, despite being clearly way less trustworthy. Then when Tengauge refused, this guy threatened to send 50 pizzas to his door, called him a faggot, and said he would DDOS him.

He's clearly scum and would scam someone for $1 if he had the chance.

This is completely unacceptable, although come to think of it I'm not sure how he'd order 50 pizzas to an IP address. It's one thing if you're mad at someone because they actually scammed you, it's another to threaten illegal action against someone just because you think they're a scammer (and honestly have little to no reason to think that)
