Continuation of Appeal: to Super Fluous

This is written to the mod that wrote back on my previous ban appeal: SuperFluous

You completely misunderstood my argument and I can back this up. First off, I was not selling anything in the picture you mentioned or rather on carderscave.ru at all. What I was attempting to do was buy out of curiosity in how these things work and even that I ended up not being able to do. The reason I was not able to buy was that I found out that carderscave.ru was a scammer forum in which the trusted sellers and the owner work together to scam the members and this I can prove through ICQ messages. There are two possible explanations to what I discovered: 1. The forum owner is the same person as the sellers and he himself scams people and fakes vouches for himself and deletes and bans anyone who speaks out, or 2. The forum owner charges the sellers a fixed amount and helps them scam people by banning any account that leaves bad posts about the sellers and also by allowing the sellers to make fake accounts to post fake feedback. This can be easily proved by visiting the site and checking out any of the verified sellers threads and looking at the feedback. You would see that all the posters have less than 5 posts mostly and are thus fake. In addition while talking to one seller on Icq one time, he mentioned something that had happened with a completely different seller so that gave me a red flag. As a result of my discoveries I did not buy anything from the site because i would have gotten scammed.

In addition to this, we can rule out the picture posted on my last appeal thread also because since the forum owner is a scammer, the dates for all the posts are lies to make it seem that the forum is still alive and to encourage buyers to buy. After all who would buy from a forum if that last post was 2 years ago by a guy with 5 posts saying some fake bullshit about receiving his $1000 macbook today. In addition the picture is of the wrong username as my username on there wasnt 'realer' and that can be seen in the proof my reporter ikgov provided. My usernamr on there was Ven0m. I merely attempted to buy one of these things sold by realer but as shown above that turned out fruitless.

Moreover, I just wanted to also mention to any mod or admin: my intentions of selling legitamately and buying on sythe can be portrayed in my the only thread I made on sythe.org . Firstly I offer payment in btc which is irreversible so I cannot chargeback and I also stated open use of MMs and OMMs to promote buying. Had I been using paypal as a payment method then you can argue that I tried to scam on here and should be banned for just that. However that is not the case.

In ultimate summation, the picture provide by Super in my last plea was not even concerning me as he messed up the username. Due to this he also misunderstood my actions on carderscave.ru, thiniing that I was selling which I wasnt. If you checked out the link my reporter gave, you can see that I havent been active on cc due to my discovery of their illegitamacy. It is for these reasons that I ask that my account on sythe 'giftcard' be unbanned and for me to be allowed to continue my business. I will go further and say that if even a thought of a complaint is heard from anywhere near my direction, you can ban me again

I have no problem with your trading practices on sythe. The issue is that you've dealt in illegal things on other sites - posting threads called "selling bank accounts" is evidence for that. If you really think you'll win a pardon, you can try to pardon after reading the stickies in that forum. Denied for now. If you really want a second opinion, feel free to add another mod on skype and ask for it.
