SUPER SIMPLE HTML request - Paying!

I have an INSANELY SIMPLE HTML request that I need doing. Basically, I have an ad, and I'd like to post it to Kijiji. Some of the bigger companies include HTML in their post like this guy. His ad text is on line 466 of the page source.

Basically, I just want some really neat formatting for my advertisement. Make it look good, professional, and make it stand out. Also, please test on a temp. Kijiji ad to make sure your code works properly on Kijiji.

For this, I'll pay a few bucks depending on the quality of it. This should really only take an experienced web developer a few minutes, so it's a chance to make a quick buck.
