I don't think this needs to be said, but I will just in case somebody was going to contemplating buying this account.

Pikachu is not worth the money he's asking for, but to each their own. You'd also have more luck in the market for Pokemon GO vs the discussion

 

I don't see how this is rare at all, you can catch a Pikachu initially after you run away from the starters three times. This is common knowledge that's been posted countless times since the game released.
