I meant the full story regarding me handling the case. And that's what I've been told by people involved, so don't expect me to know everything you did either. I'm not video, so how could I know about your conversation/s? I also don't think it's fair for you to be giving me feedback in terms of me not handling the case fast enough just because your input on it wasn't taken well or handled properly back then. I was made aware of the case and stepped in, that's all I can do. Side note: a tl;dr isn't helpful when it doesn't state an amount, so I had to go thru everything and find out. I had to spend hours going thru chats & logs to find out what money was going where and why, what was paid, and what wasn't paid, as there was more than the actual due in question that needed to be laid out (which I wrote notes for to make sure I didn't get confused). Now in terms of me not doing it fast enough, I had to read through a load of chats between Rael & Bus, from Bus, and from Rael. Then I had to figure out the timeline of things. It takes a bit of time to make sure I don't miss anything. If you figured it out in five minutes, congrats, but I don't like to rush anything over hundreds of dollars so I took my time in fear of making the wrong call. That wasn't wrong of me to do, that's the safe approach in my opinion. They say transparency is supposed to make people feel better, so here I am trying to explain myself.

Now, I'll admit I was passive aggressive last night and there's no excuse, but the way you came off was also uncalled for imo. There are better ways to come about things that say I didn't do something right, when the feedback you left wasn't really feedback, it was just an insult when you don't even know what I've done to help the situation.
