Being a female shouldn't have anything to do with your judgment. She is a staff member, equal to any other. Are we seriously still having this mentality in 2017? It belongs in the past and should stay there.

Yankiee in my opinion is one of the best staff members here on sythe, she always gets the job done and makes sure all the reports are handled in a timely manner. Also she responds almost always immediately which is awesome. Keep up the great work
