•Report/post/reason that got you banned:
In 2010 I got banned for "scamming" on Noom22. However, what this was. I was buying a royal crown from this guy who lived in the United States. I am in UK. What happened was, was I paid him and COMPLETLY forgot about the fee PayPal charges for converting currencies. This then lead into an uproar over a couple dollars.
I DID pay the guy back and my proof is in this thread. I still didn't get unbanned. The thread is here: http://ww2.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/866823-noom22-money-has-been-sent-fully.html
As you can see Verts confirmed the payment was completed and fully paid back and also confirmed that him, Pen & Skele-Masters decision to unban me. However, this never happened.
Anyway, after that I made an account 'Malcolm X'. As you can tell I got banned for 'ban evading'. However, I don't think I should of been banned for ban-evading considering I was supposed to be unbanned back in 2010. I didn't get unbanned. So, mods seen it as ban evading and banned me once again.
Please note: Dave actually banned me for "attempted scamming" on Malcolm X but he then unbanned me when It was confirmed that nothing was caused and It was NOT in fact an attempted scam but just a misunderstanding in which WAS cleared with Ryan & Dave and I then got unbanned.

However, this ban was kept for "ban evading". Even though, once again I should of got un-banned on Noom22 in 2010. (mods didn't know the details at the time with Noom22)
I then posted a dispute maybe over a month ago? In which is still to this day not been cleared or responded to with any actions taken.
I created the account 'Sundialing'. BUT STILL I get banned for ban evading. Although I should of got un-banned way back in 2010.
I have donated $25 and also paid for a Sythe Verified User on Sundialing. I have also got very notable vouches on ALL accounts I have been on and created.

•Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: The overall thing that got me banned was the mistake I made with forgetting PayPal charges for currency conversions in which shed off a couple of dollars from the original purchase in 2010. I paid the person back the full $4.10 in 2010 almost instantly and it was agreed I was to be unbanned. Once again, this never happened. So, from there on out I kept getting banned for ban evading even though I should of got banned on my first account in 2010 to start with.
