Ban appeal: "blackhat"

Appealing the ban of my account "SwiftEloboost"

I could not access the link given in the ban screen.
The only thread that was really related to my ban was this: SwiftEloBoost refunding services

I completely admit that I started that thread on vitrade, but it was after contacting the vitrade forum owner and asking him if I could specifically start a G2A refund service. That is because vitrade, just like any other forums rules out fraud/anything illegal, and my G2A refund service comes relatively close to it.

Unlike the general misconception, I've turned down every order where my clients just specifically wanted to rip off g2a, without even having problems with it. The refund service was for only those who have not received a working code off g2a, and knowing myself how horrible g2a's support is, I've decided to open up the refund thread for it was a common grievance of g2a users. You purchase a product, do not receive the product, and have the account blocked by g2a, it should not be "fraud" to either receive your money back or the product that you originally paid for. However, when the thread caused controversies between the staffs on vitrade, I decided to have it closed. I still had full permission from the owner of the forum page before & when I made the thread.

When I found the "scam report" towards me SwiftEloBoost refunding services shown in this thread, I was rather relieved that I've just deleted the thread way back just to avoid further trouble, and I managed to just have a sitting warning as the verdict. I would've liked to respond to the thread back when it was posted, but I did not have permission to post for it was closed. Now I'm not sure why I was banned a couple days after, when the moderator's verdict was having just a warning sit. There were also no further updates on the thread addressing my ban

Whatever the results of this dispute may be, I guarantee that I will no longer be offering any refund services, or anything that has a fine line of appearing as fraud anywhere.

From my knowledge, your thread was removed by the owner because it was deemed fraudulent, you didn't request it to be removed. You didn't have permission when you made it. Just wanna point that out.

It was just a warning yes but it must have been re-reviewed and then they banned you which is totally okay with me because you're now lying about the situation.

I'll leave this for Superflu to add some input.
