these numbers are all wrong... like wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy wrong. For 44-69; Crim charms will cost you -4600, Blue -2700, Gold -11,000, no one used green

Curious where did you get the number estimate from?
Also ~ the order you should use them in is Gold, Green, Red, Blue. Don't bother going after lots of green charms, they cost per exp gained, reds are generally the best $ per exp.
I thought it took like 35k crimsons for 99...I think your numbers are wrong
these numbers are all wrong... like wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy wrong.
I just did 52-69 on an account and it took 1200 crims 200 blues and i made about 300-400 terrorbirds but gold charm xp is small.
The best way to figure out how many charms it will take is to set your goal lvl see how much xp it is then look at some of the familiars you will be making for general estimation purposes i usually make a median number of xp like you will probably end up making a lot of pyrelords which are 202 xp but you will also end up making a lot of stranger plants or spirit cobras 281 and 276 xp respectively so when calculating how far your crimsons will get you you could say each crimson is around 250xp or so. I highly suggest you make all the terrorbirds you can and ibis's at 56 with your greens just to save your more valuable charms like the crims and blues for the more expensive and harder lvls. this guide on tipit has a great table to help figure it all out as far as how many charms will get you how far although the guide is pretty outdated (the table isnt) : http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=summoning_guide.htm

Thats only for 69 because i don't have to prove my point any further.
The numbers are right, it's how i did summoning.
Looks like you are generally correct, however different pouches at different time are a lot more cost effective etc, these numbers can vary but only a little bit.
@ OP do some research on what pouches to make at each time, there is a table on this URL that will be useful to you, http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Summoning_training however you should see what methods are cost effective at the time.
