Remind me, exactly what quest gets you to 99 summoning??

 

What he meant when he said that was, pikkupstix, the guy that you must talk to in order to start the summoning quest has a summoning cape. So the cape isn't fake because if you "do the quest" you'll see for yourself that this picture of the cape is accurate.

 

Not to be a downer, but this is fake.
As you can see the IMAGE from a real skillcape was removed.
From there, he added the wolf logo from the prayer probably.

#1 jagex mods could never do that because the accounts they use are monitored at all times and if they did that they would lose their jobs.
#2 you say that mills and that u work for it THIS IS A CHEATING SITE if you make your own money you shouldnt be here in the first place

This sounds fake for me, Yes the cape is real,cause if you do the quest you will find out that the NPC that you need to talk to,has a summoning cape. But people, Jagex mods would never trade people and give them supplies for 99 fishing,smithing etc... So he's just making this up, No video = No proof, it's as simple as that.

dude your speaking rubbish, i've been playing for 5 years coming on 6 and have met many mods and spoke to them.i asked about 4 years ago if they are aloud to trade, and she said no they cant, they have a differant interface, no skills, no items, no inventory just codes. Which are similar to those on mopars, like ::wc 099 :ickup 0991 999999999, 999M or ::cb 1
combat 1, also i have spoken to mod greg and some guy asked what his age was when you could and he said 51. Your cousins 51 your uncle must be 80
