    they probably have some type of word recognition program...that recognizes words like " death " .. or " suicide " and..they send you that automated message...funny stuff , stupid jagex.. emo help is for kids ( tricks are for kids..cereal..for people who didnt get it ...why am i explaining myself ? )

    You need to threaten them to get your account back, tell them that you've spent pain staking money on that account's membership, and that I will sue Jagex Ltd, If they do not give me my account back.
    They don't care about anyone all they wan't is money, you could be F2P saying that you would kill youself and they wouldn't care, it's pretty stupid now at days.... everyone want's money.
