Stats are just a bit higher, AccountSalesman's bank consists of rune scimitars, rune swords and swordfish aswell, which were in PolarTrades his inventory at the time.

Polar gets banned 10th of July, AccountSalesman returns last Wednesday.
I have a real strong feeling these two accounts are from the same person.

Not sure if it matters but this means he's ban evading during his pardon: PolarTrades requesting a pardon for scamming

 

Polar was actually pardoned/unbanned and he immediately scammed straight after and is now re-banned.
Banned.
