As a service provider I have to say that being a donator is just half of the road.
I started giving my services on here and another forum without donating a penny and it worked perfectly, just build a solid reputation on the services you are doing and you will end with enough cash to try the 200$ donor rank, I got it yesterday and I havent seen any difference yet, after a couple weeks it might change who knows.
