Suggestion to help scam quit victims

Wouldn't work to be honest. Although I'd love to support. I think it's a nice idea.

 

If someone comes back after a scam quit, I don't think they deserve to keep their mini ranks...

 

what if they were hacked? and they pay back the victims?

 

I dont understand how ppl could get hacked so easily (unless it's a vb exploit in which all users are affected, but even then 2FA can prevent that).

If they do come back, they would have to repay the victims first, in which case the victims can return the miniranks after the repayment? (or if the miniranks were sold already, whatever profit from them could be subtracted from the repayment sum?)
These minirank transactions can be documented and added to the scam report/ban reason for further references.

 

I support this idea. I mean it may not be ideal at first but definentley somehwere to go off on to create more ideas or even follow through with this. Sythe loses no money doing so, just the scarcity of miniranks dont increase.

 

An amount of time can be allowed before the Miniranks are transferred. If someone's banned, they generally dispute pretty quickly.

 

support, although scammers would maybe sell miniranks beforehand to make a bit of extra money :s

 

We have had cases where victims request their scammers' miniranks as compensation, this is still an option for anyone scammed but staff won't be independently selling off "repossessed" miniranks
