Using Vouches or Post counts from Other sites e.g: Rsbot.

I am getting sick of trying to trade with people and they say "I have 16 Vouches and 400 Posts on "Another Gamming Site" you have to go first".

I Think There should be a rule against it, Please discuse.

2. Do not include your vouches from other forums, as they are meaningless here. Only vouches from Sythe.org may be used.
