[Suggestion] Pardon rework

Describe the problem: It's possible for niggers and sand niggers to be pardoned with enough moderator yes-votes in pardons. The pardon system was created to reform people who might have fallen astray or made mistakes they later do really regret. Niggers are incapable of comprehending "regret". They are barely sentient, and should be treated accordingly.

What current rule(s) tackle this problem: None, yet.

Explain the change:
If you have dark skin and have been given a DNT, you are ineligible to to file a pardon indefinitely.
Also, retroactively review the pardons from the last 3 months and invalidate anyone who falls under this criteria.
Pardons should be reserved for people who are able to be reformed. You cannot reform a nigger. There is no evidence to the contrary. We should respect the science.

Explain why this change will fix the problem: Once a nigger breaks the rules they will no longer have an opportunity to reintegrate back to the website.

Side-effects: No negative side effects. Sythe will flourish and prosper, the community will heal, even triple in size, many are saying!

Good idea however I think this situation can be completely avoided by using the ‘post from home ip’ to filter out all sandniggers+, if you go to a map of average iqs blacklist any country under 90 (none are white anyways). It was fine when sythe was made considering they didn’t have internet access back then. However this needs to change

 

What about if we had mods saying their part on the pardon thread so we could see what they actually think of these said set of people?

What about if they had to upload pictures to confirm they are not nigs, we could draw penises on their faces and post them in the spam forum like kings.
