    Some dumb fuck he keeps spamming every thread I make, yeah I reported it yesterday and still nothing. Now I'm losing business. Great

    If he comes on and spams your thread report him, he'll get infracted and eventually banned. Problem solved.

    The reason this can't happen is because scammers could simply block everyone they scammed, thus allowing more people to be scammed before he is finally banned.
