SubwaySurfer is a scammer!

Okay, so this kid SubwaySurfer lost 2m to me in dicing bets he payed out everything except 680k. Now he doesn't have it and it's been over a day, and he doesn't seem willing to pay whatsoever. I find it funny cause he's a $25.00 donor and he's trying to hold this out longer then it would take to buy the cash. He could also use an alternative payment method but he won't obviously.. Post 5522 for reference.

Edit:Refunded, still should get something due to the fact he had money the whole time and neglected to pay me.

He payed me after I made the report, also an IP check would be neat. I blocked him on skype several times for flaming btw, he claims hes making a report that he wanted to pay me but I blocked him which is false.

Someone also told me he is possibly Tiger so if you could confirm he is/isn't Tiger or Exo that would be great
