    Yeah that's what I was thinking before I read it, thought there was like a $5000 limit per lost luggage, but I guess $3,300 for a $200 gaming system is good too.

    I think I would do that too just to get some free cash lol, I know it sounds terrible but that's why most people sue in the first place.

    He did not make $1 million dollars, nor will he. He just sued for the maximum amount he can. The airline said that the most they give is $3,300 per bag, and electronics are not covered. Therefore he will get nothing. But I think the airline company will be nice and give him $1000 or so.
