    Strenght xp killing Aviansie's.
    Recommended requirements: 70 str, mage, range and a fairly good defense level and armour as you will not be able to use a shield.

    Items needed: Normal aviansie items but you CAN NOT use a shield. Also you will need a Black salamander and Harralander tar. Please note you will need alot of Harralander tar for alot of kills, it is cheap and you will still profit.

    That's basically it. Just remember to choose the strength option for the black salamander when you wield it ;)

    EXP rate:
    99 str - 50k xp hour

    Profit:
    413k - 1 hour

    Used 1.2k tar when I started to notice maybe more. Profit is including prices of tars.

    With a good strength bonus you can hit fairly high.

    Nice guide man, never thought of using sallys for strength training, maybe include a pic or two of the invent/gear screen to spruce the guide up? but besides that great method, thanks for sharing m8!

    Fucking love you man, I got 99 range and defence already and 94 mage i also got a aviansie bot (its my only bot) and im 85 str will be getting 99 str like this tyvm man.

    Yep. You can also solo Armadyl boss quite easy with it with str setting with bandos & 99 str.

    It's funny never see no one trying it :p

    Pursuit, I wouldn't recommend tanking them with 45 def, I've never done them on a zerk so I'm not 100% sure, worth a try possibly.
