Other IP also matches a banned user but the other user was banned after Straw was created and his other profiles are known (Masteryimain/Danex123) so i'm assuming it's a VPN match while Yolo Toure is on his home IP.

Also Yolo was last active only 5 days before Straw showed up despite the fact that he'd been banned since the end of February.
