Strange Error Using RSBot (Powerbot)

When I run RSBot, I recieve these lovely red errors. I have gone so far as to do a clean install of Windows and JRE/JDK but still receive the same errors.

try updating your client.

 

I have the most up to date client

 

I have been trying to figure this out. It appears to be a network specific issue, at least for me, not a Java or JDK problem. I was using my girlfriends laptop to attempt to test it, and it wouldn't work at my house. With her laptop back at her house, lo and behold, it works fine and dandy. With this being said, any ideas now?
