You can delete the contact and then block them. that will stop him from sending you anything.

If you go Msn options, and then go to either "security, or chat history" (not sure which one) you can make it appear as if they don't add you. There's a button which is like "do not show when someone adds me to their contact list." This will stop the mass adds from coming.
Also, there's a possibility your Msn could get frozen from someone doing this.

Why don't you do it the manual way, and deny and block all invitations? That's the best way to prevent yourself from being frozen.

Yes, do this. Sign in to ebuddy via your MSN account because you can then 1 click no to all the requests. You can 1 click 1 spot continuously as fast as you can until all the requests are done. You can deny 100 requests in less than one minute doing this method.
Ebuddy is better than windows live messenger because it is 1 click to deny and windows live messenger is two.
