Stop people quoting long posts.

My internet isn't brilliant, so if some tool quotes a blackmarket thread with like 5 images I have to load them all over again -.-

It shouldn't be an infraction, but something needs to be done =S

 

That would be good, would get rid of most of my problem.

 

I think it should be infractable upon multiple incidents. Maybe not at first, but some people will never learn without consequences.

 

Its no problem when you have a mouse with freescroll but otherwise i can see why that would be annoying and unnecessary

 

You have no idea about how a browser works. It stores the image ONCE in a cache, and calls that image for all instances of it on the page, you only load it once.



@OP: What the fuck is wrong with you? nobody forces you to read the quote again, so don't.

 

So I think it should change quoted images to a direct link as default but maybe have an option not to?

That's a really Good idea for this, then it will cut them down. The only time that they are huge is when the images take it up, then try to read the post but the images keep coming up.
