Stolen goods.

[Jellito]

Am I allowed to sell stolen goods on the non virtual items forum?

If i am, do i have to state that the item is stolen?
Thanks.

[terminatorz]

What kind of stolen goods are they?

[Jellito]

irrelevant.
they were stolen from the store.
not a person.

[Gdapro]

LOL, Why would you post that... ?

[Blackkk]

I wouldn't tell people they're buying stolen goods before you sell them tbh.
1. it will drop your offers rapidly
2. you could be prosecuted, I think?

But I don't think it's leagle even on an online runescape forum.

[Jellito]

thanks for the info.
thanks for scamming me also.
And yes i know it would drop the value of the item rapidly.

[Jellito]

LOL, Why would you post that... ?

cause im a legit seller and i dont want to get fucking banned.
got a problem?

[Gdapro]

Your a legit seller?

And your selling stolen goods?

Sure, YOUR LEGIT..

[Jellito]

get off my thread please.
would like a mod's opinion on this.

[junk trader]

I don't think that you have to state that they are stolen because if you did im sure that there would be a lot of people who are banned because of it.

Your not allowed to sell stolen goods on Sythe. Period =.=

[Slackoffmore]

Even though we technically break the EULA of jagex everytime we sell their items...? >.>

[GFX | Justin]

Depends on the value of the item Tbh.

As long as it works, and isn't traced, I don't think it would matter

[Feds]

If it's like membership or something I don't think it's really a problem, most of the pins sold on sythe are from pinlines and that is stealing.I would talk to a mod for a second opinion.

[purple007]

depends on the items i would say

[Jellito]

Still waiting on a mods reply.
The item is electronic,
Ive had it for 5 weeks, nobody has come to my doorstep.

[Mechanical Scythe]

I would tread very carefully when selling stolen goods. :O

[Arcra]

^ He has classified NASA Files!

[Lame]

What people dont know never happened. By the way Im callin in da PO PO!

[Splitter]

Haha. Classy. If it's something that could be traced to the person then you'd have to assume you can't sell them here... If it's something that can't, why is it relevant at all whether or not it was stolen?
