Stolen Email linked to sythe account

My original Sythe account is : Smith167
Email linked was [email protected]
Email got hacked and can't recover it or sythe account.

 

Post from a home IP with a match to your old account, if you can't do that then unfortunately there isn't much we can do.

 

Yeah that can't happen as I've lived with my wife for the last 7 or so years. I can give address and internet provider details?

That's fine, that would mean your wife's IP is on the account so the IPs should match

 

Sorry I meant that was my parents old address who have moved since.

 

Without that IP address match there really isn't anything can be done
