Banned with no rights.

Hello, first of all i would like to state the obvious things you've missed(or miss took) on me:
You banned "Ciau" for having same skype as "Qtekas", right? - right, lets continue. I don't deny i'm the same person and just want you to explain to me how the hell did you let this happen? I was legit and i still am not for 1, 2 or 3 years, i've been giving services for a long time, MY SKYPE WAS NEVER HACKED, cos i've got my computer protected, but somehow, JUST SOMEHOW when i went to sleep and woke up only after 6 hours to find out, my Sythe account ("Qtekas") was hacked and some douche used my account, on YOUR website (((How the f did you let it happen, i mean literally, how is it possible to blame someone who uses your website, which can be hacked and ban a person in their sleep? I mean you can check every log of IP's who signed to that account for last few years? and check for those damned 6 hours when i was sleeping who the f logged in to it and just try to match them to see who actually used it? If not IP, you could check MAC address to determine the user...))) to scam someone and then just blindly ban him with no reasoning or investigation what happened? Just like to check at least how this could of happened.. I mean the douche who hacked "qtekas" only pm'ed via sythe account and not skype. And how could my skype be more protected than you website? This just makes no sense. Been giving services for more than 3-4 years and after my sleep i just got banned. Then i try to calm down and process it all, try to start everything from zero and here it is again.. Can't you just investigate something to finally see i'm just trying to get justice here? I did not do anything bad, ever and i get all this things for no reasons looking from my perspective. That skype is used NOT ONLY in your Website, there are many others(can give you them if needed) AND ON NON of them i was even accused of being a scammer, but from my perspective, you've let someone hack my Sythe account ant put a dark shadow on my name, which i don't have cos i'm legit everywhere.

Could i get any answers here on what's going to happen next? Thank you in advance.

 

Our site was not "hacked" something on your end was compromised. That could be email, through adware on your computer, or by just poor password practices. Sythe is very secure, and actually contrary to your statements in most cases Skype is the weak link. We offer 2FA verification which makes it impossible for your Sythe account to be compromised.

Ultimately, you are responsible for your account and you will be held responsible for any damages that your account caused in the time in which it was "hacked". Once those have been repaid, we can look into your account being reinstated.

So ok, in this case the account was a weak link here, i didn't use the 2 way something you mentioned, it maybe be my fault for that. My email can be accessed only from my computer (you need a code for every new pc that wants to enter my email), and i can't have some malware in any way, i have my own projects with webs/valve servers, so i know a thing or two about securing your own web/dedicated pc. The only way is then he just guessed my password? I think we both know the odds to this case. Anywho, ok, that account was compromised, but not my skype, it took quite a while for me to calm down and start everything from ground zero, but for God sake, this skype is international, as i said i use it in other forums as i give some services there too. You can check all my old vouhes and these new, not even once was i accused of scamming. So i started from the very begining again using the same skype (as it safe) and now i got banned cos of using it. So can i get unbanned for that? I will use all security you are providing for us to protect the account then by our-ends. Or do i need to start it all over again for the 3rd time?

 

You don't get to start over again. You will remain banned until those who were affected by your hacking are repaid. You are not allowed to create a new account to bypass a ban.

Ok, so as no one got AFFECTED BY MY HACKING you are obliged to unban this. This feels like arguing with a wall. It's quite nice actually, been using for years this forum, then one nice morning i wake up and suddenly right out of blue sky someone "GOT AFFECTED BY MY HACKING" (notice the "" ) and now you're are saying i have to pay some people for the things i did not, just because someone manage to break your website's security. Nice. So be it.

And again, it has nothing to do with Sythe's security. It is entirely yours. Do not dispute again unless you decide you're going to repay those affected.
