Which violation you are reporting the user for: Bogus Bumping
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: not replying to a ticket while still bumping constantly their thread [$1000+ Donor] StockAllDay Buying LoL Account

Screenshot it has been over 24h and i've not been replied to, i've messaged 2h after a bump, 2h after my message a bump has been done, 6 bumps have been done in total since I've messaged and I haven't been replied at all

Bogus Posting or Bumping: All posts and bumps in market/trading sections of the site must relate to real trades. You may not bump your sales thread if you are not legitimately ready to trade at the time of bumping, or if only doing so for the sole purpose of increasing post count. Punishments will be the same as false advertising.

1st offense: Infraction and a 24-hour lock of the offending thread

Hopefully you will not encounter this problem in the future, but if you do, a post report via the report button will suffice for bogus bumping or similar minor rule violations.
