Still perm banned!

Banned for a pin while I Hacked.
Ok I am sure you know by now i have been trying since july to get hold of the person who was scammed for that its a long time its a "Pin" for runescape you may ask y i try so much because i still miss sythe i did not even do anything cant i give the pin to someone to hold to get unbanned he is not comeingback

also i would like to add its edited proof half of a conv and a notepad if this is what proof is i think you should change the rules months and months I have been trying for a runescape pin, and I know you have something against me for no reason! May I add.
