Still IPbanned...not blocked

That's iP banned right? not blocked? This is my 3rd thread and because i'm posting on a proxy you guys check my proxy IP instead of my actual IP.


If you guys could look into this that'd be great. I've NEVER scammed anyone and this is my only account.

That's not your only account. I've seen several banned accounts on that IP, that's why I requested it be banned.
