Still Having Issues With norcallkiller's Password = (

Hello,

I just read your post about requesting me a temporary password instead of requesting a password reset. I appreciate the help!

I know these things take time so I'm not sure if they have sent it by now or not but just in case I wanted to post these pictures to show you what my email account looks like. I have had luck with receiving emails form sythe in the past but for some reason something isn't working properly recently because every time I try and get my password reset using the "forgot password" option on sythe I dont get anything. (the the exception of one time i tried last week..I have tried multiple times without success)

In the case that there is something wrong with my email or your there is some sort of conflicting issue with sythe and my email would there be another way I could get my account back? The ip address that I am on right now is my home ip ( Ip address: 108.206.238.193 )

Here is the email that I received when I tried to reset my password...After clicking on the link provided nothing happened. I was not able to go past this point. I am still unable to access my account and not able to change my password.

I have ALL information on this account so if there is anything I can do to prove ownership please let me know.

 

Temporary password is still pending, it's not a link to click like these e-mails so it should work. Sorry about the wait.
