[I have never scammed despite the large amount of transactions I have made on this site. I may not have written vouches for it because i never cared about having vouches but i can get some vouches from all of them since i still message most of them on skype.]

Correct, you can not send PM's when you're a DNT user.

Either way, it'll be your word vs mine now. There's no way of proving you indeed went to your friends house, neither is there anything we can do to proof the IP match was coming from your friends house. If there's truly a friend and he considers you as one aswell, he should have no problem sorting this out by requesting a pardon for what he was banned for (as far as I can quickly see; selling a guide on how ot recover RS accounts for profit). Once he's been pardoned, you're free to pardon either.

If you are a 100% certain that you are not @isellme123 or @2jimmy1 you could try and ask someone else to handle this dispute other than me so they can have their view on it, but if it's up to me I won't let you back until all of the above is sorted.

 

Tbh I really don't know what ban evading is, but when you said that the account named jimmy was banned for selling a guide to get accounts I kind of understand it a bit. And I am 100 percent certain that jimmy isnt me lol... I have never owned an account named jimmy nor will i ever, but i think isellme123 is a close friends account that doesnt play runescape anymore as far as i know. So it is either he got hacked or he plays runescape again. But I dont speak to this kid anymore so I have nothing to do with any of this.

 

Ban evading is when your previous account is still banned and you've created another account to avoid this ban.

If you wish to have another moderator look at this please say so, otherwise I'm just going to deny this dispute.
