Rims rare name guide is for some reason stickied under the pures section of accounts, in the black market, which is dumb.

Clearly in the Others 3-59 section. I'm tired of seeing bullshit names being sold as "rare" because no one knows where the sticky is. I know it won't stop all of the stupid names being classified as rare, but it would help a good bit, hopefully.

So, basically, the suggestion is, move http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=572111 to the "Others, level 3-59" section and sticky it there.
